Absolutely not! We welcome complete beginners as well as experienced practitioners. Our trainers tailor sessions to your current level and gradually progress at your comfortable pace.

Wear comfortable, breathable, stretchy clothing that allows full range of motion. Yoga is practiced barefoot, so no special footwear is required. We recommend avoiding loose or heavy clothing.

For studio sessions, we provide clean, sanitized yoga mats. For home visits, our trainer will bring equipment. If you prefer your own mat, you're welcome to bring it!

For beginners, we recommend 3-4 days per week. As you progress, daily practice (even 20-30 minutes) is ideal. Consistency matters more than duration — regular short sessions beat occasional long ones.

Yes, our therapeutic yoga programs are designed to help with various conditions including back pain, arthritis, diabetes, hypertension, anxiety and more. Please inform your trainer about any health conditions before starting.
