10 Morning Yoga Poses to Start Your Day Right

Morning yoga is one of the best gifts you can give yourself. Just 20-30 minutes of yoga in the morning can transform your entire day. Here are 10 poses that we at YogFit India recommend for a powerful morning routine:
1. Balasana (Child's Pose)
Begin in Child's Pose to gently awaken the spine and calm the mind. Hold for 5-10 breaths.
2. Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward Dog)
Energize the entire body, stretching the hamstrings and calves while strengthening the arms.
3. Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation)
The classic sequence of 12 postures that warms up the whole body and salutes the rising sun.
Consistency is key. Even practicing just 3-4 of these poses daily for 10 minutes will bring remarkable changes to your health, mood and energy levels.
